Vanessa Kensington was her most well-known character in Mike Myers hit spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me(1999). This led to an album called One of the Boys (2007) which was a huge success. Hot N Cold is a very popular track that is a second. Perry also wrote a number of the lyrics for the album.
